Welcome to the village of FanBias! Every citizen holds a unique role that contributes to our growing encyclopedia and discussion groups. Learn more about the roles, permissions, and honors below.
Kades / Admin
Village Head (Super Admin)
The chief administrators of FanBias. They have full access to system settings, moderation logs, database management, and community configurations. They are responsible for orchestrating the overall platform development and ensuring the platform grows healthily.
Permissions & Privileges
- Manage users and assign/revoke community roles
- Approve or reject Wiki entries and edits instantly
- Create, edit, or delete chat rooms and polls
- Configure system settings and API integrations
Satpam / Mod
Security Guard (Moderator)
The community watchmen. They monitor global chat rooms, forums, comments, and public reports to keep the environment safe, friendly, and free of toxicity. They help resolve conflicts and enforce the guidelines.
Permissions & Privileges
- Warn, suspend, or temporarily mute toxic users
- Moderate comments, chat messages, and forum topics
- Review user-submitted reports and flags
Arsip / Wiki
Archivist (Wiki Editor)
Dedicated contributors who focus on building and maintaining the FanBias Encyclopedia. They write member profiles, idol facts, group diskography details, and keep the wiki entries clean, structured, and accurately referenced.
Permissions & Privileges
- Direct permission to propose wiki creations and revisions
- Review, approve, or reject new Wiki entries and community revisions
- Exclusive badge display on contributed wiki pages
Korlap / Event
Event Manager
Community event coordinators. They organize fandom activities, special bias voting events, profile features, and manage community projects. They have privileges to manage and organize active events on FanBias.
Permissions & Privileges
- Create and publish official community events and voting programs
- Manage event submission reviews and event announcement logs
- Award special event points or temporary participation rewards
RW / Fandom
Category Moderator
Fandom category moderators. They are responsible for overseeing specific fandom spaces (e.g., specific idol groups or general categories), moderating discussion threads, and ensuring category-specific guidelines are followed.
Permissions & Privileges
- Moderate all chat rooms, forums, and wikis under their assigned fandom category
- Pin announcements, highlight discussion topics, and organize local sub-categories
- Propose regional events and handle reports within their category scope
RT / Sub-fandom
Sub-category Moderator
Sub-category and local room moderators. They manage individual sub-fandom chat rooms, specific member wikis, and localized threads to keep smaller chat spaces clean and welcoming.
Permissions & Privileges
- Moderate chats, delete spam messages, and mute toxic users in their specific sub-rooms
- Help update specific idol/member wiki sub-entries and localized info
- Review and act on flags raised within their localized scope
Sultan / Premium
Sultan (Premium Supporter)
Elite community supporters. These users support the platform's running costs and future development. In return, they get golden badges, special profile customization perks, and exclusive early access to new features.
Permissions & Privileges
- Golden custom gradient badge in comments and chats
- Priority feedback and feature suggestion channels
- Increased voting weight and exclusive avatar decoration perks
Warga / User
Citizen (Regular User)
The core heartbeat of FanBias. Active community citizens who participate in public chat rooms, comment on idol wikis, vote in community polls, and collect experience points to level up their accounts.
Permissions & Privileges
- Post comments on wiki pages and chat in global rooms
- Vote on active polls to rank group or idol bias list
- Climb the XP ladder from Newbie to Legend
Experience Points & Citizen Levels
Every active citizen in FanBias earns Experience Points (XP) by participating in chat rooms, writing comments, voting on bias lists, and contributing to the wiki. Climb the ladder from Newbie to Legend!
